Best cities to live in 2013

Staff of the "Intelligence Unit" magazine "The Economist", which by ranking cities in terms of life, explains that the towns that were on the list actually medium sized cities in wealthier countries with relatively low population density.
When making a list, are taken into account many factors, some of which are stability, crime rates, access to health care system and its quality, culture, awareness of environmental concerns, availability and quality of education and infrastructure.
Each of these factors can bring a maximum of 100 points. In order to reach the top ten, it is necessary to obtain a score of at least 95.7 points. At the bottom of the list are located in Tehran, Iran and Tripoli, in last place, with a score of 20 for stability, is Damascus, Syria.
